This Privacy Policy explains how LOTF Labs LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Loft Purity (“Loft Purity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit or purchase from loftpurity.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

LOTF Labs LLC is a supplier of analytical reference compounds intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. You can reach us about any privacy matter at support@lotflabs.com.

  • Account information — your name, email address, and mobile phone number, which we use for our passwordless (one-time-code) sign-in.
  • Researcher attestation records — the research context you select and a record that you affirmed you are a qualified researcher aged 21 or older, together with the date, time, and IP address of that affirmation. We keep this to meet our compliance obligations.
  • Order information — the products you order, order totals, and your shipping address.
  • Payment information — card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider on their secure systems. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Usage & analytics — if, and only if, you consent to analytics cookies, we collect standard usage data (pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location) to understand traffic and fix problems.
  • Marketing preference — whether you have opted in to marketing email, and the date of that choice.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account and sign you in.
  • To verify eligibility (21+ and qualified-researcher status) as required for our products.

Marketing email is optional and never required to create an account or place an order. If you opt in, we use your name and email to send product updates, restock alerts, and offers. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. Note that we may need to retain certain records to meet legal obligations even after an account is closed.
